Today I would love to spotlight a hidden gem of a town called Gibsonville, North Carolina. If you've never heard of it, you need to head down there. It’s the quaintest little town. It's very walkable, and it has lots businesses like restaurants, a local brewery, a coffee shop, and more.

One of the things that I want to highlight about this town is Inés Bakery. They are an Argentinian bakery that makes great empanadas filled with savory meat, cheese, and spinach. My wife and I love to take these to a friend's house if we've been asked to bring an entree. They are a party favorite and are very inexpensive at $2 a pop.

Inés Bakery is located at 112 West Main Street in Gibsonville. I encourage you to make a day of it and walk around the town.
